Owner & Director

Nancy has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and more than 30 years of experience in the field. What sets Nancy apart is not only her passion for teaching, but also her role as a devoted mother and grandmother. After spending many years as a public school teacher, Nancy grew frustrated with the system's failure to incorporate vital, evidence-based research. Motivated by a desire to make a real difference, she made the bold decision to establish her own play-based preschool and child development center. Her primary focus is on creating an environment where children can truly thrive and reach their full potential.Nancy firmly believes that success is rooted in connection, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace growth, learning, and listening. These values not only shape her professional endeavors but also resonate in her personal life. In her leisure time, Nancy enjoys dinner dates with her husband, Chris, who also lends his handyman skills to the preschool. Additionally, she cherishes time spent with her beloved children and grandchildren.

Ms. Halley

Assistant Director

Halley plays a vital role as the other half of the dynamic mother-daughter team that makes up A B Sea! With over 9 years of experience in teaching preschool-aged children, Halley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As a mother herself, she understands the joys and challenges of raising young children firsthand. Halley's true passion lies in helping create an energetic and vibrant preschool environment. Her dedication to her profession make her an invaluable asset to A B Sea Preschool. We are fortunate to have Halley as part of our team!When Halley is not at the school, she loves spending quality time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities that bring them closer to nature. Whether it's hiking, camping, or simply exploring new places, Halley cherishes these moments of adventure with her loved ones. Additionally, she enjoys reading and the creative outlet of crafting.

Spanish Teacher

Claudia has a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in early childhood education. Her knowledge and expertise contribute to the students' learning and development. As the Spanish teacher for the past 5 years, Claudia has provided students with the opportunity to learn a new language helping prepare them for a multicultural world. Not only is Claudia dedicated to the school's prosperity, but she also demonstrates a willingness to help others. Her reliability and commitment make her a trusted member of the team.Claudia enjoys time with her active family. Balancing work and personal life is no easy task, and Claudia's dedication to both aspects is truly commendable.
