A B Sea Family
I am a mother, grandmother, wife of a retired Army Veteran, and teacher. I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University in Augusta, Georgia. My teaching experience includes grades K-5, but most of my teaching years were teaching 1st grade.
Opening A B Sea Preschool has come from feeling strongly about how important the early childhood years are and a lifelong vision of creating a healthy environment that is conducive for children’s growth, development, learning, safety and happiness.
My beliefs are firmly rooted in proven science based research. I believe wholeheartedly that children grow and develop through PLAY. It is proven that play is important for healthy brain development which affects their cognitive, language and physical skills. Their imagination, concentration, self-confidence and social skills are also positively affected through play. With all this in mind, I have created A B Sea Preschool, a play-based, child development center.
I am originally from Georgia and have lived in Friendswood since 2012. I have been a child care provider for the past 6 years and have been a part of A B Sea Preschool since the very beginning, alongside my mother, the Owner/Director, Nancy Mazza. Together we made her dream become a reality. I have enjoyed so much to be a part of this amazing journey with my Mom and our Preschool family. I was the 3 Year Old teacher here at A B Sea last year and now currently work mostly from home helping with marketing, planning and office work.
I believe all kids deserve to have a safe environment to learn and grow. At
A B Sea, we strive every day to make sure that each child receives the very best care. We believe PLAY is a child's most important way to grow and develop and we strive to create an environment where your child can grow and thrive while exploring their world around them.
Pre- K 4 Teacher
I grew up in Orland Park, Illinois, and met my husband in Texas. We lived in Corpus Christi for 13 years and moved to Pearland in 2008. We have four children. After many rewarding years as a stay-at-home Mom, I began my career in 2010 teaching Pre-K at a local school here in Pearland. During that time, I also earned my Child Development Associate Credential with the State of Texas. My love for teaching blossomed and I knew this was the career I was made for.
I am very excited to be a part of the A B Sea community. Their desire to teach and grow a child using play-based learning and utilizing hands on tools is something I am passionate about and incorporate in my classroom.
I believe children learn best in a positive environment, full of love and support. These things are what I try to bring to my classroom every day. I also believe that family involvement and communication are keys to the development of each child and their individual needs.
I was born in Texas but grew up in Tennessee. I have worked in childcare for the past two years for a Montessori school. I am currently in school working on obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
I truly believe that early education is extremely important to fuel a child’s desire to learn throughout their lifetime. I am genuinely excited to be a part of the
A B Sea Preschool team and look forward to getting to know each child.
Pre- K 3 Teacher
I have 7 years experience in childcare. I am currently enrolled and working on my Child Development Associate (CDA). My experience with caring for children ranges from newborns and toddlers to Pre-K and older after schoolers. I also have experience working with children with special needs. I am very dedicated and love working with children.
I believe that a child’s education is very valuable. I am so happy to be working with the A B Sea Preschool team and getting to know each child.
2 Year Old Teacher
I am originally from Mexico and have been living in Houston for the last 13 years. I am married and have two children. I worked as a Nanny for 7 great years, ranging in ages from newborn to middle school. Also, I worked as a Substitute Teacher at PISD. I truly enjoy working with children and teaching the Spanish language as well as teaching them about my culture.
I am so happy to be a part of the A B Sea Preschool family and I am excited to meet and work with all the students and families. In my past experiences, I’ve learned that children learn best when the teacher creates a safe and loving environment where they can play and learn. I feel this helps them achieve their full potential.

(2's & 3's)
Teacher Assistant (4's)
I am a military wife, and a mother to two adorable boys. I am from Wisconsin, but have moved all over. I love to travel and see new places and love meeting new people.
I earned my CDA this year, and I am continuing my education for my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. I have experience caring for children from infant to middle school. I have worked at a daycare, after school program and an elementary school. I also have teaching experience in a Pre K classroom with children with special needs.
I believe that its important for children to have fun while learning. The most thing I love about teaching, and caring for the children are seeing them work throughout the year and see how far they have come; I think its the best feeling a teacher can have. I am excited to be a part of the A B Sea preschool team and cant wait to meet and assist with your child's learning experience!
